Five Star dealership in my humble opinion...I had the pleasure of meeting Julie Christian and Jeffrey Mitchell in person and they were engaging and very personable. I felt like I had known them for years. When in fact it was my first meeting them. I test drove a 2022 Honda Accord Sport 2.0T and they let me do the test drive by myself. I am leaning heavily on buying the car from Finnicum Motor Company. They were AWESOME. The young lady that call to follow up, she was AWESOME too! I definitely would recommend Finnicum for your next vehicle purchase.

I was very interested in a Mercedes SL500 at this dealership. Kyle answered every question, took additional pics and a video for me to better understand the car and its features. We unltimately purchased a different SL500 but would certainly contact this dealership and Kyle in the future for any auto or truck needs. The level of service was amazing!

Dealer responded back and was quite friendly and helpful. Mileage was a bit higher than I found, but they were definitely on my favorites list. They also provided a friendly & supportive response (told me congratulations) when I let them know I found something else.

This Dealership was very responsive and helpful. Unfortunately, the dealership was 2 hours away, they were accommodating and willing to make provisions for me to see the car. I didn’t purchase the car but they stayed in contact until I found a car.

Hands down this was the best car buying experience I have had. This was my 45th vehicle that I have purchased. I was really thinking about using Vroom or Carvana just to see if they were any better than your typical dealership. Jeff was great to work with, very friendly, not pushy at all. The truck was in great shape and clean just as advertised. I have told everyone please give them a chance if they are in the used car market.

The car wasn’t there when I first got to the dealership so I had to wait for it. It took a long time for them to get back with me after the test drive then they didn’t do anything to help me get into the car, no negotiating. It was like take it or leave it.

They don't respond to emails that have offers they just put you on their spam email list and send you emails multiple times a day on cars you don't inquire about. Horrible lack of communication.

After several days passed we were finally told that this vehicle had several problems and they decided to sell it at auction. This same exact story was given to us a couple of years ago when my husband was looking at a truck they had. It’s just very coincidental that the same exact thing happened with both vehicles. Perhaps the vehicles should be inspected before placing them on their website.

Was told one thing and another happened..They could have ate the mistake but didnt..I was given a set interest rate and signed by me and the dealer and the rate changed the next day.

I will be making a formal complaint to the State of Georgia Consumer Protection Division so I won't go into great detail here. But we were a few hundred off on our trade-in. They agreed to give it to us. We got home and realized they didn't give us a copy of the actual sales contract so I went back for it. That's when I saw that they added that same amount to another line in the contract. Of course, the manager got involved and gave a very lame excuse for it but it was so blatantly obvious. They did correct it but only because I caught it. Buyer beware!!

Yes they did...however all i needed was a photo of the car as they had not yet uploaded a photo to CarGurus. I never received a photo but did receive countless emails and texts instead even after requesting them to stop on numerous occasions. I can quite you i will not reach out to them again.
