“ ” The car wasn’t there when I first got to the dealership so I had to wait for it. It took a long time for them to get back with me after the test drive then they didn’t do anything to help me get into the car, no negotiating. It was like take it or leave it.
“ ” They don't respond to emails that have offers they just put you on their spam email list and send you emails multiple times a day on cars you don't inquire about. Horrible lack of communication.
“ ” After several days passed we were finally told that this vehicle had several problems and they decided to sell it at auction. This same exact story was given to us a couple of years ago when my husband was looking at a truck they had. It’s just very coincidental that the same exact thing happened...
“ ” Was told one thing and another happened..They could have ate the mistake but didnt..I was given a set interest rate and signed by me and the dealer and the rate changed the next day.
“ ” I will be making a formal complaint to the State of Georgia Consumer Protection Division so I won't go into great detail here. But we were a few hundred off on our trade-in. They agreed to give it to us. We got home and realized they didn't give us a copy of the actual sales contract so I went back...
“ ” Yes they did...however all i needed was a photo of the car as they had not yet uploaded a photo to CarGurus. I never received a photo but did receive countless emails and texts instead even after requesting them to stop on numerous occasions. I can quite you i will not reach out to them again.
