Roy joined the Finnicum Motor Company family in 2014, bringing with him over three decades of experience in high-level customer service and people management. As HR Director, Roy leverages his deep understanding of the "Finnicum Family" culture to support and develop our most valuable asset: our people. Having seen firsthand the joy a quality vehicle brings to a customer, Roy is now dedicated to ensuring our team members have that same level of satisfaction and support in their careers.
